We have a varied approach to our participation and support for charities. As such, we give a select amount of revenue generated through our events to charities our employees and clients care about the most. The beneficiary of each of our donations are announced on the day of the event.


We carefully assess all the ethical and environmental credentials of all our suppliers in particular event venues. We reduce print through implementing digital methods of communication, marketing, advertising and on-site materials as much as we can. We prefer to use video conferencing and public transport for business meetings where possible.

UNHCR Fundraising BlueWe, Lync Media Group, the organisers of DIMALYNC: Diversity in Marketing & Advertising Summit, have decided to donate a percentage of event sponsorships and delegate bookings from all of our 2017 summits, to UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency), given the life changing work they do globally. If it wasn’t for the UNHCR, the founders of Lync Media Group may not have survived in their journey as refugees, let alone make DIMALYNC possible. We know this is an ambitious goal, but we are determined, positive and grateful to all our participants who are helping us make this possible.


With 65 million people within their mandate, UNHCR helps victims of conflict and disaster, rebuilds communities devastated by war and assists in the battle against poverty. Their work aims to reinstate dignity in the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world.


The presence of UNHCR is felt by refugees from the moment they flee till the time comes for returning home or resettlement. Beyond the emergency they assist refugees to become self-reliant. Those forced to leave home may have few material belongings but they bring with them highly valuable knowledge, skills and experience, which can benefit both displaced and host communities. Today, over 50 UNHCR field operations run livelihoods projects, offering training, supporting micro-enterprises and other related activities.
